NDI® Studio 4K.SH

NDI® Studio 4K converts one HD/3G/6GI/12G-SDI or HDMI 4K60P and the following video sources to Full NDI output, and can also set to decode in reverse, that is, convert Full NDI to HD/3G/6G/12G -SDI and HDMI 4K60 or below output...with HD and 4K bidirectional converter, can display Tally signal in real time, support Intercom function, control camera PTZ function...


NDI® Studio 4K.SH encodes 1 channel 1.5G/3G/6G-SDI/12G-SDI or HD to HDMI 4K60p video source into Full NDI, users can choose any format from HD to 4K FULL NDI; and also support NDI decoding, Convert Full NDI to 1.5G/3G/6G/12G-SDI, HDMI 4K60 to HD, and output any format specified by the user through SDI/HDMI port.

NDI® Studio 4K.SH is also a 12G-SDI/HDMI2.0 interface Up/Down/Cross  converter. The conversion function and NDI codec function work at the same time. At present, it supports up to 27 SMPTE standard formats of the PAL/NTSC specification.

NDI® Studio 4K.SH can display TALLY signals in real time, with large-size integrated TALLY lights, one Mic input port to support calls, and one Line IN external audio embedding. Users can use Web UI or ScienceImage NDI control software Laudo to set box parameters and working status in real time .

NDI® Studio 4K.SH comes with a 1.3-inch OLED screen, which displays the working status and parameters of the box; supports three independent power supply modes: POE, DC-5-18V, and USB, and users can set online settings such as Scaler frame rate, NDI bandwidth , Audio, TALLY, Encoding/Decoding, signal source input priority, output format and frequency selection and other functions.

NDI® Studio 4K.SH has built-in HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI optical transceiver functions, which are HDMI2.0 and 12G-SDI optical transceivers. Users can choose different optical modules to transmit different distances, and the maximum support is 20 kilometers.

FULL NDI encoding:  Supports all formats from HD to 4K/12G-SDI of NDI 5.0 and below. FULL NDI encoding is supported up to 3860x2160p60. The output NDI resolution and frequency can be arbitrarily specified by the user. Currently, 27 formats are supported.

FULL NDI decoding:  Supports all formats from HD to 4K/12G-SDI FULL NDI decoding of NDI 5.0 and below, up to 3860x2160p60.

Up/Down/Cross conversion:   It can provide a total of 27 formats from HD to UHD up-down conversion function, the maximum support is 3840x2160p60, the output format is arbitrarily specified by the user, and it supports 12G-SDI / HDMI 4K60 and the following SDI/HDMI mutual conversion and loop Out.

Optical transceiver:   Provides a 12G-SDI optical transceiver interface, which can send and receive 3G/6G/12G-SDI or HDMI 4K video for long-distance transmission; web UI has an optical transceiver switch, and users can freely choose HDMI optical transceiver in the web UI Or SDI optical transceiver; the maximum transmission distance supports 20KM. (Optical transceiver function temporarily closed)

Intercom:   Provide a 3.5mm Mic channel, use ScienceImage Laudo management software to conduct intercom within the NDI network.

Web UI management:   The user can see the IP address of the device in real time through the OLED screen of the box, and enter the IP address with IE browser to enter the NDI box, providing a powerful, practical and user-friendly Web UI management interface.

Aspect ratio:   Provide original aspect ratio, 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, square and other options.

Frame rate:   Provide original frame rate, 1/2 source frame rate, 1/3 source frame rate, 1/4 source frame rate and other options to reduce bandwidth and save CPU/GPU resources.

Network settings:   Cross over network settings, multicast unicast selection, users can choose NDI network transmission mode according to different network environments and applications, TCP (Multi-Connection), TCP (Uni-Connection), UDP (Multicast), UDP (Unicast) ) Switch between four transmission modes.

NDI bandwidth:   Provides 30%-100% adjustment based on the source bandwidth. Users can freely adjust the bandwidth of each NDI encoder according to network bandwidth resources and the number of channels. FULL NDI can reach a minimum of 50M and a maximum bandwidth of 250M.

Encoding volume adjustment:   Adjust the output volume of NDI encoding in real time.

Decoding volume adjustment:   Adjust the output volume of NDI decoding in real time.

TALLY switch:  The user can choose to turn off the TALLY light or turn it on.

HDMI/SDI input source priority selection:   When the SDI and HDMI interfaces have different input sources at the same time, the user can specify the default priority of HDMI or SDI input.

External audio embedding:   Provides a 3.5mm R/L analog audio embedding channel, embedding external audio into NDI during encoding.

Camera PTZ control:   Provide one USB A port and use the PTZ function based on NDI transmission to control third-party PTZ cameras.     Support protocols: VISCA, Visca UDP, Visca UDP2rs232, PELCO-P and PELCO-D

Image Encoding for NDI:   With image and LOGO up-streaming function, customers can arbitrarily specify pictures and LOGO and other materials to up-streaming in NDI mode at any time.

Firmware upgrade and protection:   Use the web UI upgrade function to increase the firmware protection, which can be compatible with upper and lower versions. If the firmware is not correct, system refuses to upgrade, the risk of upgrade failure is removed.
